FAQ

  • How long should I allow per person for each service?

We like to leave 45 mins - 1 hour per service. Why? because unless you've had a trial and discussed everything about your look, its nice to have some extra time to discuss before we get going + we like to ensure we have extra time for the long hair girlyys too. Being rushed is not our kinda vibe!

  • Will my hair and makeup last all day?

YESI ABSOLUTELY! We have the best of the best products in our kits to ensure your base + glossy waves stay all night long while you are dancing the night away. You won't have to worry about a thing! Of course there are tips we can discuss to ensure you know just the right way to get the most out of it too.

  • Do you provide touch up kits?

HEY guess what YES!! You asked and we listened! We have been asking all of our beautiful recent brides what you would like to see in a personalised touch up Kit so we are ready to offer an add on in 2025/ Message us if you'd like to know what they include.

  • Is there a timeline I should do my beauty treatments?

I don't recommend you try anything new close to your wedding day in saying that there is a time line I can send you as a guide.

    Consider beauty appointments like

    BROWS + LASHES

    FACIALS

    TANS

  • If I have hair and makeup booked with you will there be 2 artists?

In most cases YES! This will be discussed with you during the booking process. This depends on the size of your bridal party, start times and ceremony times.

I will almost always encourage to have 2 artists if you have booked hair and makeup so you and your ladies aren't up any earlier then needed and that you are ready way ahead of schedule! BECAUSE LETS BE REAL we need all the rest we can get the night before.

  • Are lashes and lipsticks included?

Lashes are absolutely included in fact we encourage all of you to have an extra lash even those who have never worn them. Lets be real they make everything pop! Full lipsticks aren't included but we can for sure direct you to a perfect colour if you are wanting one to keep for touch ups all night long. Alternatively we can offer you one of our personalised touch up kits which includes enough of your chosen lipstick to use throughout the day. A good old trusty balm or lip gloss is also a great way to keep those lips looking hydrated

  • Who goes first for hair and makeup?

This is totally up to you and the way you want your day to run. There's no right or wrong time but rest assured whether you go first or last we will make sure we do a final touch up right before we leave too make sure you are completely happy!

  • Should I have a trial for my hair and makeup, if so when should I plan it?

Yes if you would like to discuss EVERYTHING in

person before your day. There's a 50-50 split between brides who do and don't have on. I do recommend booking a trial in 2-3 months prior to your special day.

  • What should I bring to my trial? Should I bring my veil/ accessories?

Just your beautiful self! Fresh faced preferably nothing on you skin and Veil, YES! if you have them absolutely. Lets trial it all!
